Talk about customer service! Chuck Connolly is AWESOME! Chuck provides my business renters insurance (and other insurance as well.) Recently, I moved my office to a larger location, Chuck took the initiative to update my new address for me - I didn't even get the chance to ask him to do it, he was on it immediately. I just had to post a very positive experience I had regarding that dreaded word HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE.
